Grandma Cathy came to visit us again! Her second trip to our Florida home was just as fun as the first. The kids obviously loved getting to spend time with her and sharing their life. We got to experience Food Truck Friday, soccer, and a birthday party.
When Grandma Cathy was scheduled to leave, we got hit by Hurricane Nicole. It was super windy and rainy that day – enough that driving in the window required to get to the airport would have been scary…but very few flights seem to have been cancelled. Oh, well – that just meant another few days with Grandma!
It was great having Grandma visit. We’re glad the trip got extended a few days! And we hope to see her and Grandpa again soon! The weather in Florida during the winter is AMAZING!
